Listing Appointment

• Agree on a price to list your home.
Preparing to Sell
• Photoshoot of your property.
• Sign post install gets ordered & installed.
• Marketing material & strategy is prepared.
• Kristi puts your property’s listing on the NWMLS.
Your House is on the Market
• Your property’s listing will market online across multiple websites and social media channels.
• Agents will reach out to schedule showings for their potential buyers.
• Kristi will gather any feedback on your property’s listing from showing agents and gauge the interest of their buyers in efforts to procure the highest and best offers on your behalf.
Present and Negotiate Offer
• Buyer’s Agent presents the offer to Kristi on behalf of their client.
• Review offer(s) and negotiate terms with Kristi (you can accept buyer’s offer, counter buyer’s offer, or reject buyer’s offer).
• Both parties come to an agreement and we have mutual acceptance.
Open Escrow
• Buyer prepares “Earnest Money” deposit (typically, 1 to 3% of purchase price) & deposits into escrow.
• Escrow will order Title Report.
Buyer's Loan Application Contingency Period
• The buyer will hire a qualified inspector to conduct a physical inspection of the property.
• Approve seller’s disclosure statement.
• The buyer will approve the title report.
• Conduct property appraisal.
• The buyer obtains loan approval from their lender.
Closing the Escrow
• Buyer deposits down payment and closing costs to escrow.
• Buyer’s Lender sends the balance of the purchase price to the escrow.
• Deed is recorded with County Recorder’s office.
• Keys get handed over to the new owner!
