KC was our seller's agent for our home and then she has also served as the buyer's agent for a new home. She is hard-working, ethical, knowledgeable, and persistent.

My boyfriend and I were first-time home buyers, and literally had no idea about the process, what we were approved for, what exactly to look for in a house, etc. We took a chance and contacted KC because she was one of the realtors with the most sales we saw in our area. We could not have been happier. She explained everything in detail to us, never rushed or pressured us, and always gave us options of what to do on the houses we were interested in. She is really on top of her work and is not one to sit and wait or procrastinate. I would and have already recommended her to many family and friends looking at buying a house. We ended up with a house we absolutely love and couldn't be happier.

I called KC in March to ask questions about areas in Washington to buy I relocated from California and I was in California at the time she never met me or saw me in person we only talked on the phone never knew if I really was going to buy a house or not she took the time to send me links of homes in the area and also hotels for when we come up for spring break so we talked on the phone text email and when I moved up here in August still have not met in person she always helps me not knowing if I was stringing her along or not so I end up buying a house in October had no problems great experience very knowledgeable and she makes sure my husband and I were both happy, never took sides, made sure we both was satisfied with it and she was not pushy was not trying to sell me something that was out of my price range. I told her what I want to spend and she didn't go a dollar over. If you want a stress-free realtor, easy-going very knowledgeable, and good at her job KC Clayton is your realtor.

KC worked very hard to sell our home. As soon as we listed she had people out to look at it. When the first deal fell through KC immediately started promoting the house and right away we had another offer. KC held our hands throughout the process and immediately answered my questions even when it was late and I didn't check the time before texting her. Clear up to the final hour we were in the house, midnight, she was answering my texts. KC Clayton is upbeat and shows enthusiasm when dealing with her clients. We had to do a short sale and she is very knowledgeable about the whole process. We will definitely use KC again and recommend her to everyone!

KC has a lot of knowledge from the average home value to how they are constructed, which in my opinion makes for a better experience for the home buyer.

She is very thoughtful and analytical-- taking time finding out exactly what we want and re-checking on things, searching for it, and recognizing it when she sees it! We had a tough situation that she could have easily walked away from but she never wavered; she welcomes challenges full-heartedly. She explores all aspects of what can and might go wrong with any transactions, to proactively eliminate it. She gets surprised at the ethics or lack thereof of others that interfere, but professionally and steadfastly works with them to help correct questionable and incorrect practices, instead of just turning a blind eye.
